Most warehouses of this size run on an online store, a spreadsheet for purchasing, an accounting system and one person's memory of where things actually are.
It works until it does not. The store promises goods that are not there. Someone orders something that is already on its way. A return sits in a corner for three weeks because nobody logged it. And the manual routines holding it all together are the first to break in the seasonal peaks.
Holio WMS does not replace your online store or your ERP. It sits behind them and keeps everything in step: orders, products and stock levels flow in, status flows back, and a small operation gets the tools of a large one.

Holio OPS is the app on the warehouse floor
The browser runs the flow. The handheld runs the work. Holio OPS is the Android app your team holds in the aisle: picking, goods receipt, product edits and order handling happen on the device, not on a laptop at the end of the bench.
Nobody walks back to the desk to confirm a pick, and nobody writes on a slip of paper to key it in later.
The hardware you already have
Holio OPS requires Android 9 or later and is downloaded from Google Play as part of Holio WMS. If you already have compatible handheld terminals, you use those. If you need new ones, we help you find the right devices.
