Stein Thore Haga and Alf Kristian Amundsen founded Profrakt, and have since continued the journey of building smarter tools for retailers – tools that make their everyday work simpler.
Together they have built a strong team with deep expertise in e-commerce, integrations and logistics. With Holio the mission is simple: to deliver practical, user-friendly solutions that help retailers run more efficiently and grow with confidence.
To meet our customers’ needs even better, we are now sharpening the company and dividing it into three units: Holio Software, Holio Consulting and Holio Accounting. That way each business area gets the focus and the specialisation it deserves, while we keep working closely together to give customers one coherent experience.
Holio
The name “Holio” is inspired by the word “holistic” – seeing the whole rather than the individual parts. That philosophy underpins everything we do. By bringing every side of e-commerce together in one platform, we can offer businesses a more complete and efficient solution.
What we build
We have assembled a strong European development team with solid experience in e-commerce and logistics. Together we are building a platform that helps retailers grow faster and run more efficiently. Through smart tools, better structure and tight integration with transport systems, we give them the same support that used to be available only to the largest players in the industry.
