Returns handled in the inbox and a spreadsheet get stuck. The item sits in a corner, the refund waits for someone to find the order, and the stock count knows nothing about it coming back.
In Holio WMS the team creates the return authorisation straight from the sales order, registers the items as they arrive, and records condition and reason. Once received, the item is restocked, quarantined or scrapped in a single action, while the refund, exchange or credit note is linked automatically to the original order.
Every update is reflected instantly in the inventory and location data. Barcode scanning makes sure it is the right item, and disposition rules and automation take the repetitive part. A few returns a week or thousands a day: the flow is the same.
