One app in the store, one agreement underneath
Holio Shipping is the app that connects your online store to the carrier agreement. Underneath sits the Profrakt agreement, which brings Bring, PostNord, UPS, Helthjem, Porterbuddy and Instabox together in one agreement, with one invoice and one support number.
The app pulls the rates from the agreement and shows them in checkout. The customer chooses, you print the label, and the parcel is on its way. And if you want to know what the shipping actually cost afterwards, you add Holio Insights on top.

The rates in checkout come straight from your agreement and update automatically. No rate tables to maintain, and what the customer pays matches what you are invoiced.

With Profrakt Skyprint the label goes straight to the printer at the packing bench. No downloading, no open-and-print. Just the next parcel.
The address the customer types in is the address on the label.

Holio Shipping is available for two store platforms and one ERP. The setup differs slightly; the result is the same.
Shopify
Install the app from the App Store, connect your Profrakt account, and print the first label the same day. Return Portal is available on the Pro plan.
WooCommerce
A WordPress plugin that puts shipping rates in checkout and labels in the order list. The same setup as on Shopify, in six steps.
Business NXT
The same shipping engine, fully integrated in the ERP. Labels print straight from the order screen, with EDI built in. We set it up together with you, and it is ready in minutes.

The price follows the platform you sell on: USD on Shopify, Norwegian kroner (NOK) on WooCommerce and Business NXT. Prices as of August 2026. The store plans come with a 7-day free trial.

Common questions
Can I use my own carrier agreements?
Yes. Your own agreements are connected through Holio TMS and become available in every integration you run, side by side with the Profrakt agreement if you want. Most stores still use the Profrakt agreement, and there is a reason for that: Profrakt negotiates for the whole group, so the rates are usually better than a single store gets on its own. You also get one invoice, one booking flow and one support contact across six carriers. Many end up with both, and choose the agreement per shipment.
What is the order fee calculated on?
The fee applies per shipment, on every plan. If an order is split into two shipments, it counts twice. On Shopify the fee is $0.07 on Core and $0.05 on Plus and Pro. On WooCommerce it starts at 2,90 kr and goes down to 0,50 kr on Plus.
Which countries does this work in?
Norway is the main market, and we are live in Sweden. Shipping abroad is covered too: UPS is part of the Profrakt agreement, so international parcels run on the same setup without a separate contract.
