The Holio Shipping extension gives you live shipping rates in checkout, delivery options that follow the address, and one-click labels — straight in WooCommerce. You connect your Profrakt account, and the whole way from rate to print runs automatically.

Before you begin
You will need a Profrakt account and the API key that goes with it. You will find the key in the Profrakt portal under Settings → API. Have it open before you start step 2.

Connect Profrakt Skyprint and the label goes straight to the printer at the packing table.
Automatic processing
Let the shipment be created when the order changes status, and the label print with it. Heavier orders can be split into several parcels automatically.
Return Portal is on its way to WooCommerce
The customer registers the return themselves and gets a QR code, without emailing your support team. It is live on Shopify today and is coming to WooCommerce — tell us and we will let you know when it lands.
Setting it up
Six steps, from downloading the extension to sending the first parcel.
Download the extension
Go to WooCommerce and download the Holio Shipping extension. The descriptions in the overview say briefly what each function does.
Add your API key
Once the extension is installed, open Setup inside it and paste the API key from the Profrakt portal. The key sits under Settings → API.
Configure order processing
Under Order Processing you decide how the plugin behaves: which order status creates the shipment, which printer is the default, and whether heavy orders are split into several parcels.
Check your locations
Open the Locations tab and confirm the right warehouse location is active. Choose which location should be the default for returns while you are there.
Create your shipping options
Under Shipping Options you create the options customers will see. Pick the carrier and service, adjust the settings, and activate the option with the green control.
Send your first parcel
With the setup finished you create labels straight from WooCommerce. Open an order, create the shipment with Holio Shipping, and the label goes to Skyprint or downloads as a PDF.

The Profrakt agreement brings the carriers together in one contract, with one invoice and one support number. You choose which to offer in checkout; we handle rates, booking and support.

Bring's full service range, with negotiated rates and simple handling directly in the Profrakt portal.
PostNord
One of the Nordics' largest logistics operators. Through Profrakt you get fast, flexible shipping solutions, from small e-commerce parcels to heavier business consignments.
UPS
International shipping, included in the Profrakt agreement. You send beyond the Nordics on the setup you already have, with express options for when the delivery date matters more than the rate.
Helthjem
Simple, affordable delivery straight to private customers — in the postbox or on the doormat, often outside normal working hours.
Instabox
Environmentally friendly, punctual locker delivery. A good choice for B2C stores that want a green, flexible pickup option.
Porterbuddy
Same-day and next-day home delivery in Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger and Trondheim. For stores that want the fastest delivery in the city to the end customer.
Already negotiated your own agreements?
Holio TMS connects the contracts you negotiated yourself to the solution, so they work across every integration. Many customers run both and pick the agreement per shipment.
Pricing on WooCommerce
Three plans in NOK, all with a 7-day free trial. The monthly fee and the per-shipment fee move in opposite directions, so which plan pays off follows how much you ship. Prices as of August 2026. The order processing fee counts per shipment: split an order into two shipments and it counts twice.
