Your carrier agreements, across the whole operation.

If you have negotiated your own carrier agreements, they should work everywhere you ship from. Holio TMS connects your contracts to Shopify, WooCommerce, Business NXT and Holio WMS, and picks the right agreement for each shipment. This is transport management for e-commerce, not fleet management or route optimisation for transport companies.

Your contracts, Profrakt's, or both

Most transport systems assume you use their rates. Holio TMS does not. Connect the agreements you negotiated yourself, and put Profrakt's rates alongside them where those are better.

An agreement is connected once and applies in all your channels. The contract you negotiated for the online store also works in the ERP and in the warehouse.

Carriers are connected through the API. In Norway that means every carrier is available, either through the Profrakt agreement or one you negotiated yourself. We are live in Sweden, and UPS in the Profrakt agreement covers shipping out of the Nordics.

No Profrakt agreement required

Bring the contracts you have, and everything works the same way. Most land on a combination: their own agreements where those are strongest, Profrakt's group-negotiated rates where they are not, chosen per shipment.

    The rates live in one place and apply everywhere. Nothing to re-enter per channel, and nothing that quietly expires.

  • Automatic carrier selection and booking

    Set rules for weight, destination, service level and cost ceiling. Each shipment routes itself to the right carrier, no matter who is standing at the packing bench.

  • Tracking across carriers

    One tracking view for everything you have sent. “Where is it?” becomes one lookup, not a round of every carrier's website.

  • Lower shipping cost where possible

    Compare what each connected carrier would charge for the same shipment, and route on price where the service level allows.

  • Customers are notified automatically

    Real-time tracking notifications to the end customer. It is also the cheapest way to get fewer “where is my parcel” enquiries.

The final price depends on the number of carriers and your volume. We do the onboarding together, so the first conversation covers both. Prices in Norwegian kroner (NOK). Price as of August 2026.
