Create a Purchase Order
- Click on the "Purchase Orders" tab in the menu on the left.
- Select the correct warehouse.
- Click on "+New Purchase".
- Under "Order Details", fill in the necessary information. The order date is auto-filled with today’s date. It’s recommended to set a PO# for historical tracking, which can be compared against invoices, etc.
- Under "Item List", find the products you are purchasing and select the quantity and cost. With optimal integration, the cost is retrieved directly from your system. The final cost is auto-calculated based on quantity and cost.
- Click on "+" to add more products
At the same time, you will see a summary overview of your purchase order in the right-hand tab. This will update in real-time as you make changes, providing a complete overview of key details, including total costs. Click on "Create Purchase" when you are ready.
Note! Remember that you can always go back and make changes to your purchase order at a later time.
